Wassail (Hot Spiced Cider)
6 cups apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
Cover and boil for 5 minutes
Add:
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c honey
3 T lemon juice
1 tsp lemon rind
2 1/2 c pineapple juice
