Hoisin Sauce

1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 T peanut butter
1 T honey
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, grated (I used minced)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 tsp spicy fermented bean paste (careful here, stores will sell you the wrong stuff)

Add to a shaker bottle and shake well until completely mixed.
